About TALOR Branding

TALOR Branding is run by me, Regan Gray, from Mintlaw. No account managers, no hand-offs — the person who designs your site is the person who answers the phone.

How I work

Design that starts with your business, not a template

I've built TALOR Branding around one idea: a website or a brand should look like it was made for the business it belongs to, not pulled off a shelf. That means I ask a lot of questions before I open any design software — about your customers, what makes them choose you over the place down the road, and what you actually want people to do when they land on your site.

Every project starts the same way: a proper conversation, then a plan you can see and agree to before any work begins. No surprise invoices, no jargon you need a translator for.

TODO: add years trading / background before TALOR Branding

Why local matters

Working from Mintlaw, out across the North-East

Being based in a small Aberdeenshire town rather than a city studio isn't a compromise — it means I understand what it's like running a business here: patchy broadband in some spots, customers who still ask a neighbour before they Google, and a real mix of trades, shops and services that all need to look credible online.

I work with businesses across Buchan and beyond, mostly over a call or a video chat, with in-person meetings where that makes sense. TODO: confirm meeting/travel availability and any call-out limits.

What you get

What working with TALOR actually looks like

  • One point of contact throughout — me — not a rotating team.
  • A design that's built around your customers, in your brand colours and voice, not a generic theme.
  • A fast, mobile-first site that's easy for you to update once it's live.
  • Clear, plain-English communication at every stage — and honest advice if something isn't worth spending money on.

Want to work together?

Tell me a bit about your business and I'll come back with honest advice — no jargon, no pressure.
